  • Plain language is fine — a sentence or two is enough.
  • Correcting something? Tell us which page and, if the card is open, what the line says.
  • The Send feedback entry in the site menu sends a message without leaving the page.

What helps most

  • A rule we got wrong. These go to the top of the list.
  • A card line that reads two ways. The card year and section number help.
  • A page that did not explain it. Tell us where you got stuck.
  • Something you could not read or tap on a phone or with a screen reader.

What we can and cannot answer

Clear lines, so nobody waits on an answer that is not coming.

  • We will correct published rules, explain how a card line is normally read, and rewrite pages that confuse people.
  • We will not settle an argument at your table. We are not affiliated with the National Mah Jongg League, and the current official card is the final authority on every hand.
  • We do not sell tiles, sets or accessories, so we cannot help with an order placed somewhere else.

What happens next

No ticket numbers and no auto-reply promising the world.

Every message is read. Factual corrections are checked against the card and against the references listed on our Sources page, then fixed on the page itself. We cannot promise a personal reply to everything, but when a note changes a page, the change is the answer.

Your address is used to reply to you and nothing else — no newsletter, no resale. The detail is in our privacy policy.
